Three goals in the first half and victory against Liepaja

Tonight in the 3rd round game of the Latvian Highest league, in an away match we beat "Liepāja" with the scoreline of 3:0. Miloš Jojić, Marko Regža and Marko Dabro scored the goals. The next game is on April 6 against "Auda".

At the beginning of the championship, we earned four of the maximum six points - a 2:1 victory against "Jelgava" and a 1:1 draw against RFS. "Liepāja" had played one game until today - a 1:0 away win against last season's champion "Valmiera".

We completely dominated from the first minutes of the game. In the eighth minute, after a pass by Raivis Jurkovskis, MIloš Jojić played a filigree in the opponent's penalty area. In the end, the midfielder shot the ball into the far corner of the goal (1:0). We continued to attack and a few minutes later Marko Regža scored his second goal of the season. The striker scored with the second attempt from close range (2:0).

That wasn't all in the first half. In the 40th minute, the referee awarded a penalty kick to the opponent's goal, but canceled it after the help of VAR. We continued to attack and at the end of the half Marko Dabro scored the first goal for our club. After the first half, we were in the lead with the result 3:0.

The second half was not so interesting. We confidently controlled the game and the opponents did not create any very dangerous moments throughout the game. We had a few chances during the half, but there were no more goals scored in the match. In the final result, a convincing victory with the result 3:0.
