Victory against Qatar U20 national team

Today in Dubai, in the first test match of the day, we defeated the Qatar U20 national team with a scoreline of 4:1. Marko Regža scored three goals for our team, and Abiodun Ogunniyi scored once.

Until today's matches, we had played five test matches - 2:1 against the UAE highest league clubs "Al Nasr", 1:1 against the UAE team "Dubai United", 2:2 against the U23 national team of Uzbekistan, 4:4 against the Bulgarian "Botev" and 2:3 against another Bulgarian club "Sofia Levski".

We were better in the first half of the game. In the 21st minute, the team created a great combination, and at the end of the attack, Marko Regža scored a goal (1:0). A few minutes later, Qatar responded with a quality goal from the edge of the penalty area (1:1). In the 30th minute, we once again created a very good attack with several short passes and in the end, Abiodun Ogunniyi shot the ball into an almost empty goal (2:1).

In the second half, you could feel that the players were a little tired and the opponents also had a couple of good chances, and Nils Puriņš saved the team several times in the goal. In the 51st minute, after a pass from Eduards Daškėvičs, Regža scored his second goal in the game (3:1). At the end of the game, Regža also scored the third goal and we earned a convincing victory with 4:1.

At 17:00 UAE time we will play against one of the strongest Bulgarian teams "Sofia Levski".
