Vjekoslav Miletić, Sergejs Kožans, Kristaps Blanks, Goran Brašnić and Miljenko Kumić will work in the coaching staff of "Riga Football Club" head coach Tomislav Stipić in season 2023.
Vjekoslav Miletić was born on September 20, 1969 in Zadar, Croatia. For the past 15 years, Miletić worked for the Croatian club "Rijeka" and is considered one of the best assistants in Croatian football. Together with this team, Miletic won the Croatian Championship once, won the Croatian Cup three times and participated in the UEFA Europa League group stage four times.
Sergejs Kožans and Kristaps Blanks are well-known coaches to our football club fans. Kožans worked in the second team of our club for several years, but last season he was Tomislav Stipić's assistant and won the Latvian Cup trophy. Blanks as a coach has been working in the "Riga" team since 2016. Kristaps has become the Latvian champion three times and won the Latvian Cup trophy once.
Goran Brašnić was born on September 26, 1973 in Samac, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Goran has been appointed as goalkeeper coach. In his career, Goran has worked in the highest league of Bosnia and Herzegovina, from 2017 to 2021 he was the coach of the country's U19 national team, and in 2020 he worked with the national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In the previous season, Goran worked in "Auda".
Milenko Kumić was born on February 22, 1990 in Nova Gradiska, Croatia. Miljenko has been appointed as a fitness coach. As a youth player, Kumić played for "HNK Rijeka" and was also part of the Croatian U15 and U16 national teams. From 2015 to 2019, Kumić worked for "Gorica", in 2020 he signed a contract with the Chinese club "Shenzhen", and in 2022 he won the Latvian Cup with "Auda".
Physiotherapist Roberts Krčmar has also joined our team. He was born on July 4, 1993 in Zagreb, Croatia. Robert has been working in professional football for the past seven years. Krčmar worked in the Croatian club "Slaven Belupo" and was the club's head physiotherapist for the last two years. Since last year, Roberts has also been working for the Croatian U21 national team.
