Douglas Aurelio joins "Riga Football Club"

On loan terms we have signed a contract with the 23-year-old Portuguese midfielder Douglas Aurelio! Players "Sporting Lisbon" grown player and played in the Cyprus highest league last season! Welcome to Riga, Douglas!

Douglas Aurelio was born on March 27, 1999 in Brazil. Douglas is a citizen of Brazil and Portugal. Aurelio plays in the right and left midfielder positions. Midfielder is the well-known Portuguese club "Sporting Lisbon" grown player. 

In Portugal, Aurelio represented such teams as Sporting U17, U19, Belenenses and Estoril U23. In 2019, Douglas made his Portuguese Highest league debut.

Last season, Aurelio played for the Cyprus Highest league club "Paphos". Douglas played 22 games, scored four goals and made one assist. The midfielder joins our team on loan terms from the Cyprus club.
