Fourth victory in a row!

Victory on the natural grass! Tonight at the Daugava stadium we beat "Metta" with the scoreline of 4:1 in the 15th round game of the Latvian Highest league. Mikael Soisalo scored two goals in this game. The big Riga derby at Skonto Stadium on Friday!

We had one of the best games against "Metta" this season. On April 14 in Mežaparks we won with the scoreline of  4:0. Goals were scored by Oleksandr Filippov, Yurii Kendysh, Gabriel Ramos and Georgi Minchev scored.

We had big adventage in ball possession in the first 45 minutes. We scored the first goal in the 19th minute. After the cross, the first goal of the season was scored by the our defender Antons Kurakins - 1: 0. "Metta" were able to reply after a lost goal. In the 27th minute, Ingars Pūlis scored a beautiful goal (1:1).

"Riga" continued to attack and scored another goal after seven minutes. Finnish midfielder Mikael Soisalo scored a goal from a short distance after Vladimirs Kameš's pass (1:0). Miki also scored his first goal this season. At the end of the first half, we scored the third goal. Brazilian midfielder Gabriel Ramoss made a great shot from about 18 meters - 3:1.

The game was not the most interesting in the second half. Soisalo scored (4:1) his second in the game in the 59th minute. Both teams continued to play quite slowly and did not have a lot of goal scoring chances. In the final part of the game, "Metta" had some chances after our mistakes. There were no more goals scored in this game, and "Riga" won 4:1.

The next game on May 27 at Skonto Stadium against RFS. The kick-off at 20:00!
