Important game against "Metta" at Skonto stadium

We played the last game in the Latvian championship on July 17, when we scored three goals in Sloka stadium and won Jūrmala's "Spartaks" with 3:2.

Then we played in the Conference League against the North Macedonian champion "Shkendija". Wesley Nata and Yuri Vakulko scored, and we won 2:0. On July 29, we will play against this team in Skopje.

In the summer, we signed contracts with several new players - defenders Glody Muzinga (DR Congo), Camilo Saiz (Colombia), midfielders Yurii Vakulko (Ukraine), Karim Loukili (Morocco), Besar Halimi (Kosovo) and Aleksejs Saveljevs (Latvia).

"Metta" also played the last game in the Latvian championship on July 17. The team from Riga lost "Daugavpils" 1:3 in an away match. Against "Metta" this year we have won four of the maximum six points - 1:1 and 3: 0. In both of these games, Mettas' head coach was our current coach Andris Riherts.
