Riga signs Finnish midfielder Soisalo

Riga Football Club officially announces that it has signed a contract with 22-year-old Finnish winger Mikael Soisalo! Welcome, Mikael!

Mikael was born on April 24, 1998 in Helsinki, Finland. In 2016, at the age of 18, Soisalo became one of the best players in Finland's Highest league. Soisalo for Ilves played 38 games, scored seven goals and made six assists.

For the next two seasons, Sosailo played in the English Premier League Division 2 "Middlesbrough" U23 team. In 19 games, Soisalo scored four goals and made three assists.

In the summer of 2018, Soisalo signed a contract with the Belgian Highest club Zulte-Waregem. In this team, Mikael played 32 games, scored one goal and made two assists. In February 2020, Soisalo played two games for the Portuguese Segunda Liga club "Varzim".
